Rosa 'Barbra Streisand' is a lavender hybrid tea rose bred by American hybridizer Tom Carruth at Weeks Roses in California, released in 2001. Singer Barbra Streisand, a dedicated rose gardener, personally selected the cultivar from Carruth's seedling rows and permitted the use of her name. The large ruffled blooms open lavender-mauve with a raspberry flush on the outer petal edges, deepening to purple-pink in cool weather, and produce an intense citrus-and-old-rose fragrance widely praised as among the best of modern lavender roses.

'Barbra Streisand' won the American Rose Society's James Alexander Gamble Fragrance Medal in 2010. The plant is vigorous, disease-resistant, and repeat blooms strongly; a portion of early sales supported Streisand's environmental charity. Became a bestseller for its heady fragrance and celebrity provenance.
