Rosa 'Macy's Pride' is a cream-yellow shrub rose released in the United States as part of the lineage of hardy subzero roses bred originally by Walter and Josephine Brownell in Rhode Island and extended through partnerships with major American retailers. The cultivar produces clusters of loosely double blooms that open creamy ivory with lemon-yellow centres and fade toward pure cream with age, carried on a compact upright shrub with dark green disease-resistant foliage. Like other roses in the subzero hardy tradition, 'Macy's Pride' was selected for the ability to survive harsh northern US winters with minimal dieback, continuous repeat flowering, and resistance to common fungal diseases.

The rose is frequently planted in public-garden trials and memorial collections in the northeastern United States. Introduced in 2007 as part of Bailey Nurseries' Easy Elegance series bred by Ping Lim, Macy's Pride was sold through Macy's department stores in partnership with breast cancer awareness campaigns.

It became a symbol of both modern landscape-rose breeding and American retail-driven cause marketing.
