Rosa 'Pink Promise' is a soft pink hybrid tea rose registered in 2009 by Canadian hybridizer Brad Jalbert of Select Roses, released commercially by Jackson & Perkins. Jackson & Perkins partnered with the National Breast Cancer Foundation and designated a portion of every sale to the charity, intentionally creating a horticultural symbol of breast-cancer awareness at a time when pink-ribbon campaigns were reaching their peak. The classic high-centered blooms open from pointed buds to large wide flowers in shades of light to medium pink, carried on long straight stems above semi-glossy dark green foliage.

A light old-rose fragrance complements the color. 'Pink Promise' is vigorous, moderately disease-resistant, and widely planted in memorial gardens, hospital plantings, and residential gardens.

Introduced in 2009 as a joint effort between Edmunds Roses and the National Breast Cancer Foundation. A portion of every sale supports breast cancer awareness and research, making it one of the most meaningful commemorative roses in America.
